At Biobi Health Group Inc., we provide both digital educational services and select physical health products, such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). This policy outlines our shipping procedures for physical products.

1. Digital Services Access
For all digital educational talks and consultations, access is provided electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via email within 3 business days and/or your user account on our Website. No physical shipping is involved for these services.

2. Shipping of Physical Products (e.g., Continuous Glucose Monitors):

2.1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship physical products only within BC, Canada.
​
2.2. Shipping Methods & Costs: We use Canada Post or other companies for shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. You will have the opportunity to review these costs before finalizing your purchase.

2.3. Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 7 business days

2.4. Packaging: All physical products, including CGMs, will be shipped discreetly and securely, along with any necessary instructions.

2.5. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.​​

3. Shipping Address Accuracy:
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipments due to address errors.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at jeff@biobi.ca within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
