How do we actually implement the 5+5 System?
Step 1: Consult with Dr. Obayashi
Our office manager Karen will setup your single, secure login to our portal for all of your results and reports. Your time and health are our top concerns. Your intake consultation with Dr. Obayashi can be by phone, telehealth, or at our White Rock office. He'll integrate your medical history with our precision testing.
Step 2: Precision Testing Made Easy
We'll email your LifeLab requisitions to be done together at any LifeLabs location. Your genetic cheek swab is mailed to your home with prepaid postage - it takes 1 minute and then drop it in any Canada Post mailbox. Depending on your health goals, we'll mail you other at-home test kits.
Step 3: Your 5+5 Journey
Dr. Obayashi will show you how to implement your customized 5+5 Health Plan. Quarterly health reviews alternate between "Review & Refresh" consultations (biofeedback, followup tests, and your next health target) and "5+5" consultations (updated health plan). Keep your health ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in preventive medicine.

Precision Monitoring for Life
Once you’ve completed your Core or Ultimate program, the Biobi Annual Membership ensures your health trajectory stays on target. While your genetic blueprint is permanent, your metabolism is dynamic. We provide quarterly, 45-minute deep-dives with Dr. Obayashi to interpret fresh metabolic snapshots and continuously optimize your 5+5 Health Plan. Annual testing costs range from $500–$1,500, which includes our lab interpretation fees. We don't just monitor your progress; we'll always keep your 5+5 Health Plan one step ahead.
