How do we actually implement the 5+5 System?
Step 1: Consult with Dr. Obayashi
Our office manager Karen will setup your Arya EHR portal so you'll have one login for all of your results, reports, and telehealth visits. Complete the brief intake questionnaire and consent form with your first login. Then meet Dr. Obayashi at our White Rock office, by phone, or telehealth. He'll integrate your medical history with your precision testing.
Step 2: Simple Precision Testing
We'll email your MSP and private LifeLab requisitions to do together at LifeLabs. Your genetic cheek swab is mailed to your home with prepaid postage - it takes 1 minute and just drop it in any Canada Post mailbox. Depending on your health goals, we may include a few other at-home test kits.
Step 3: Start your 5+5 Journey
We'll transform your health data into a roadmap towards better health. You'll have 25% discounted supplements on Fullscript our online dispensary to get your supplement protocol delivered in one click - but you can use your preferred source. Book quarterly 45-minute consultations with Dr. Obayashi to review your progress, interpret your latest metabolic snapshots, and continuously optimize your 5+5 Health Plan.

Once you’ve completed your Core or Ultimate program, the Biobi Annual Membership ensures your health trajectory stays on target. While your genetic blueprint is permanent, your metabolism is dynamic. We provide quarterly, 45-minute deep-dives with Dr. Obayashi to interpret fresh metabolic snapshots and continuously optimize your 5+5 Health Plan. Annual testing costs range from $500–$1,500, which includes our lab interpretation fees. We don't just monitor your progress; we'll always keep your 5+5 Health Plan one step ahead.
