We'll send you an invite and intake questionnaire from our Arya Electronic Health Record system. We'll email you a combination of LifeLabs and at-home test kits based on your age and sex. Prepaid shipping is provided so just drop off the completed kit to your nearest FedEx. The 102 private tests plus a few dozen MSP tests and CGM allow for a deeper understanding of your metabolism which is the key to unlocking your sustainable, long-term energy, sleep, and hormone plan.

While we wait 1-2 months for all of your test results, please start the "Energy, Sleep, and Hormones" online course material to provide you with a foundation of functional medicine knowledge. We recommend completing one five-minute online course video each week. Remember to join the private Slack online community to discuss with other people in our "Energy, Sleep, and Hormones" program, and Dr. Obayashi will be responding to the Q&A weekly every Thursday. There are 15 videos, so you'll be about half way through them at your first 45 minute appointment with Dr. Obayashi.

At 2-3 months, your first 45 minute videoconference appointment with Dr. Obayashi will review your test results and detail your priming and detox lifestyle and supplement action plan.

At 4-5 months, your followup 45 minute videoconference appointment with Dr. Obayashi will further optimize your supplements and lifestyle habits and proceed to your maintenance phase. You'll complete the program at 6 months, and can repeat the priming-detox-maintenance phases as many times as you like.​​​ However, as we age our metabolism changes and our bodies are quick to modify to our daily needs. It is recommended that you redo the program every few years to adapt and re-optimize with your aging body.
